In its drive to analyse past projects and explore all the potential or real causes (inputs) leading to Cause & Effect Analysis in the form of “Fish Bone Diagram” has helped LTV in identifying the bottlenecks in handling projects and thereby minimising errors.

Rigorous Program Management intitatives like Project Lakshya (Operational Excellence in Engineering) was framed both at Corporate level as well as at Organizational level.
