Operational Excellance is the major key driver towards realisation of LTV vision. This vision was formed by a participative process involving all LTV employees. In its drive to analyse past projects and explore all the potential or real causes (inputs) leading to Cause & Effect Analysis in the form of “Fish Bone Diagram” has helped LTV in identifying the bottlenecks in handling projects and thereby minimising errors.
Rigorous Program Management intitatives like Project Lakshya (Operational Excellence in Engineering) was framed both at Corporate level as well as at Organizational level. This helps in creating Value and improves the Quality of work on a continual basis. LTV believes that to achieve Operational Excellance one need to have Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
